Alliance Dental Care offers significantly reduced dental fees through Our Membership Model of care. We offer both a monthly and annual membership payment option. Maintaining an active and current memberships is essential for us to continue to offer these reduced fees. For this purpose, we have established our Membership Policy.
Membership Policy:
- When a member cancels their monthly membership for any reason, and they decide to renew this membership at a future date, they will only be allowed the annual membership fee option.
- If a monthly membership fails for any reason, the member will be notified by phone, text, and email. Members will be given 5 business days to bring their account current. If the account is not renewed within this time period, membership will automatically cancel. Membership will then only be offered on an annual fee basis.
- Monthly memberships that fail more than three times will be required to go to annual membership.
